Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant On Nintendo Wii
Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant is an action-adventure game and the fifteenth in the Bandicoot series. It’s being developed by Radical Entertainment and will be released by Sierra Entertainment in October on the Nintendo Wii, Xbox360, PSP and PS2.
Nintendo Wii owners will be happy to know that development started with the version for their console which means that they should expect the game sooner than others. Anyway, the first game in series was released in 1996 and based around a technological device which places anyone who tries to use it under the control of Doctor Neo Cortex and Doctor Nitrus Brio.
Mind Over Mutant keeps the same story line, but adds more visuals, abilities and new mutants. You play as Crash whose friends are under the doctors’ control and your final mission is to free them. According to Nintendo Wii Fanboy, the guys at Joystic got their hands on the Wii version at a Sierra Spring Event and share their first impressions.
Like Crash of the Titans, Mind Over Mutant offers drop-in co-op play. According to Joystiq, the humor famous to the series remains in tact, and with 8,500 different lines programmed for the characters to say, they hardly (if ever) repeat themselves when shouting random bits of dialogue.
