Go Ahead And Play Puzzle Games
Do you know how useful it is to play puzzle games?
In puzzle games the player’s main goal is to solve a puzzle by matching similar pieces on the playing board or arranging falling blocks in a line. Or else, it’s meant to develop and train the player’s logical thinking as well as reaction time.
Nintendo has recently started development on the famous puzzle game series called Momotaro Dentetsu (or simply Momotetsu) for DS handheld. The game itself has gained great popularity. It’s a board game where the player rides around railways throughout Japan. On the way he collects money and buys profitable assets, much similar to the ones in Monopoly. At the end of the game, the player having the most money wins. Just who leads during the game can be deceptive as there are random tricky factors and powerful cards which can unexpectedly change the outcome of the game. Playing this puzzle game requires maximum concentration, accuracy, quick reaction and luck.
Regarding the thrilling nature of the puzzle games, Akira Sakuma, the producer of the Momotaro Dentetsu, talked about how Takayuki Doi — the Momotaro series illustrator — couldn’t stop playing. “Doi just wouldn’t stop playing the game, saying, ‘I can’t stop playing this game… it feels like popping bubble wrap!’” he said.
It seems that the game is really addictive as are many other puzzle games.
Indeed, when playing puzzle games you come across tasks based on logic, strategy, pattern recognition, sequence solving, word completion or, just simply, on luck. And if you intend to combine business with pleasure, then go ahead and play puzzle games to improve your and your child’s logical thinking and quick reaction.
